What we collect

When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to process the transaction. We receive your name, email, and order details, but we never receive or store your full card number. We also collect basic analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address) to run and measure our advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure the performance of our ads. This means limited event data (for example, that a page was viewed or a purchase was completed, along with technical identifiers and a hashed version of contact details where available) may be shared with Meta to attribute and optimize advertising. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies (for example, to remember which ad referred you so purchases are attributed correctly) and Meta's advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

How we use information

To deliver your purchase and provide support, to run and measure advertising, to prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds and support, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
